These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Formula Systems LLC. concerning your access to and use of the Sendabox platform.
Sendabox is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for route management, package tracking, and financial reconciliation for logistics companies. Sendabox provides the software infrastructure only and does not physically transport, handle, or take possession of any physical goods.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Sendabox to manage the delivery of illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and managing the sub-roles and access permissions of your own clients within the portal.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription, billed either monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Any financial transactions, including C.O.D. deposits and liquidations processed through our platform, are facilitated by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms of service.
Formula Systems LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages, nor for any discrepancies in cash collected by couriers.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guatemala.

Welcome to Sendabox, a platform operated by Formula Systems LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our B2B portals, or use the Sendabox Courier mobile application.
We collect information that you provide to us directly, including account registration details, business information, and billing data. For delivery operations, we collect end-customer data (names, delivery addresses, phone numbers) uploaded by our users. Through the Courier App, we collect real-time GPS location data during active delivery routes, device information, and digital proof of delivery (including photographs and digital signatures).
We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Sendabox platform. This includes dispatching and routing packages, generating automated electronic invoices (FEL), managing Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) liquidations, and providing customer support. GPS data is used exclusively for route tracking and operational efficiency.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, such as Stripe for secure payment processing and financial liquidations, and certified providers for electronic invoicing.
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
