These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Formula Systems LLC. concerning your access to and use of the Sendabox platform.

1. Description of Service

Sendabox is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for route management, package tracking, and financial reconciliation for logistics companies. Sendabox provides the software infrastructure only and does not physically transport, handle, or take possession of any physical goods.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Sendabox to manage the delivery of illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and managing the sub-roles and access permissions of your own clients within the portal.

3. Subscriptions and Financial Transactions

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription, billed either monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Any financial transactions, including C.O.D. deposits and liquidations processed through our platform, are facilitated by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Formula Systems LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages, nor for any discrepancies in cash collected by couriers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guatemala.
